The West Fork boys JV and 9th grade track teams put on an impressive display of athleticism and determination at the West Fork JV meet on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Both teams finished in second place overall in their respective divisions, showcasing their skill and hard work. The Gators compiled an outstanding 14 first place finishes, 13 second place finishes, and 9 third place finishes, setting numerous personal records across the board. The athletes' performances were a testament to their dedication as they achieved new times and marks, demonstrating their commitment to improvement.
Standout performances came from Gregory Rogers and Landon Walker, who were the top point scorers for their respective teams. Rogers led the 9th grade team with 30 points, while Walker achieved the same feat for the JV squad. Their efforts helped propel their teams to second-place finishes and were a reflection of the intensity, enthusiasm, hustle, and character that the athletes displayed both on and off the track. The West Fork Gators continue to build momentum with each meet, proving themselves as a force to be reckoned with this season. Another fantastic showing by the Gators!
