Our Gatos Girls had another great performance at the Grizzly Invitational hosted by Grand Oaks High School. Top finishers from West Fork were senior Jahalan Washington running a PR in the 4K of 16:54.40, junior Audrey Gros with a PR 17:40.62, and freshman Yari Flores making a statement with a 4K best time of 18:33.51. JV also competed well in the 2-mile race with freshmen Leah Oviedo and Vivianne Garcia as the top finishers for the Gators. The Gators will run at the Huntsville Invitational on August 28th and compete and their first 5K race of the season.
