GATORS CRUISE TO VICTORY IN SEASON OPENER

The West Fork Gators JV football team earned an impressive 21–0 victory over the Alief Elsik Rams on August 27, 2026. The Gators delivered a strong all-around performance, combining an effective rushing attack with timely big plays through the air and a dominant defensive effort.

Gregory Cruise led the Gator offense on the ground, punching in the first score of the game. Quarterback Bryce Nichols added two more rushing touchdowns to extend the Gators’ lead. Nichols also made several key plays in the passing game, connecting with Alonzo Williams and Kaleb Jenkins for big gains that helped keep the offense moving.

The West Fork defense was equally impressive, holding the Rams scoreless throughout the contest. Defensive linemen Mason Quintanilla and Abraham Reyes helped lead a stellar defensive performance as the Gators controlled the line of scrimmage and secured the shutout.
