9/15 FRESHMAN VB VS NEW CANEY

It was another great night for our Freshman Gators as they picked up a 2-set victory over New Caney for our 3rd district game!

The first set was a battle from start to finish as both teams continued to swap points, but the Gators stayed composed and finished strong, 25-20. In the second set, our offense found its rhythm with clean execution and great opportunities at the net, finishing with a 25-14 win.

Our setters did a great job spreading the ball around and putting our offense in position to succeed, helping the team finish with 10 kills. Behind the service line, the Gators were aggressive and consistent, finishing with 12 aces, led by Leah Romo with 6 aces!
The voices and energy from our team played a huge role in building momentum and allowing us to take control of the match. We are proud of the way this group continues to compete and grow together!

Next up, we are excited to compete in the Huntsville Sub-Varsity Tournament this weekend!
