9/18 VARSITY VOLLEYBALL VS NORTHBROOK

A FRIDAY NIGHT SWEEP AT NORTHBROOK!

It was a great Friday night for the West Fork GATORS as we traveled to Northbrook for our 4th district matchup of the season! From the opening serve, the Gators came out ready to compete and never let up!

Tenly Newsom started us off behind the service line, helping the Gators jump out to an 8-0 lead with an ace! West Fork continued to control the first set from start to finish, securing the opening set 25-12.

The second set started with a quick side-out and another early Gator lead. Khloe Lilly then went on a 9-point service run, helping create separation early. Rylie Scimio came alive offensively with 5 kills, while Autumn Sanderson made her presence felt at the net with a couple of blocks and several quality touches. The Gators secured the second set 25-7!

In the third and final set, the Gators continued to apply the pressure, finishing the night with 12 kills and 4 aces and taking the final set 25-13!

It was a GREAT Friday for the Gators as all three levels came away with victories, completing another PROGRAM SWEEP WITHOUT DROPPING A SINGLE SET! ????

The Gators are now 4-0 in district play and are ready to get back to work!
