9/22 WF FRESHMAN VS PORTER

It was another great night for our Freshman Gators as they picked up a 2-set victory over Porter at home, 25-19 and 25-13!

The Gators came out strong and aggressive behind the service line, putting pressure on Porter throughout the match. Sydney McClain led the way with 4 aces, as the team finished with 9 aces overall! Offensively, the Gators continued to find opportunities and finished with 8 team kills.

Defensively, our back row stepped up with 15 total digs, keeping rallies alive and giving our offense opportunities to respond. The Gators played with a lot of grit, battled through long rallies, and continued to fight for every point. Their ability to stay composed and compete together helped them come out on top!
