GATORS JV FOOTBALL DEFEATS KINGWOOD PARK 21–7 AT GATOR FIELD

The West Fork Gators JV football team continued its strong season with a 21–7 victory over the Kingwood Park Panthers at Gator Field. The Gators came out with an aggressive offensive attack and never let up, earning another impressive win in front of the home crowd.

Quarterback Bryce Nichols got the Gators on the scoreboard early, connecting with Alonzo Williams on a long touchdown pass to give West Fork a 7–0 advantage. Kingwood Park responded early in the second half with a touchdown to tie the game at 7–7, but the Gators quickly answered as their rushing attack took control of the contest.

Jarron Brown led the way on the ground, scoring two touchdowns in the second half to help the Gators pull away. While the offense found its rhythm, the West Fork defense delivered a dominant performance after allowing Kingwood Park's lone score. Jamarien Bryant led the defensive effort with an interception, a forced fumble, and a critical pass breakup. Mason Quintanilla was also instrumental in shutting down the Kingwood Park rushing attack and helping the Gators control the line of scrimmage.

The Gators will look to build on their momentum when they travel to face Porter next Thursday, October 1, at Porter High School. West Fork will look to continue its strong play on both sides of the ball as the season moves forward.
