FRESHMAN VB @ WF-SUBVARSITY TOURNAMENT

What a great weekend for our Gator Freshman Volleyball team! ???? The Gators competed in a two-day round-robin tournament, finishing 3rd in the Freshman Division with a 4-2 record!

After going 2-2 on Day 1 against some strong competition from Huffman and Huntsville, the Gators came back Saturday motivated and ready to finish the tournament strong!

Their first opponent was Caney Creek, where the Gators came out aggressive and earned a two-set victory. Strong serving and an aggressive mindset behind the service line helped set the tone for the day!

The Gators' final match was against Livingston, a tough opponent with a big front row and scrappy defense. Livingston took the first set 25-22, but our Gators battled right back, taking the second set 25-17 to force a third! In the deciding set, our serving continued to be an anchor as the Gators built their lead and closed out the match 15-10, securing 3rd place!

This group fought hard and stayed consistent through every point, showing the grit and determination it takes to compete! We are proud of the way our Gators responded and finished the weekend strong!
